  • I've been renting from Channel Square since the beginning of 2017, just as the renovations were finishing up. My apartment is newly renovated and quite nice, there is considerable space especially closets. My experience with the building staff has always been a positive one, they typically greet me with a smile and are quick to react when I have an inquiry or complaint. The rent is a little on the high side(typical for DC) and seems to be on the rise but the location is quite nice being so close to the water, the Metro and Nats stadium.

There is no service at all. They will not return your call or emails. They can not keep up with your records or training, and always trying to suck money out of you. I had submitted my materails for my certification including my log book. Everythong passed, and I was granted my certification, and later on they, told me that they didn;t get my log book, and everytime I submit it, they denied it, untiI I finall talk with someone and everything was there. The staff has no knowledge of what their job are and the purpose of clia. I have renewed my membership, but my profile still has my last year information saying expired. It is very very upsetting when you finally get someone, and you try to explain to them the situation, and the service rep. cannot solve the problem and transfer you to some one else, and then it start all over again, with trying to get someone on the phone or to call you back, or even email you back. : IS CLIA WORTH THE MONEY: I can go on and on

  • View from the conference room on the top floor here is amazing. Overlooks the Washington monument, department of interior, and a bunch of other memorials. Wish I could have watched the fireworks from here.

  • After living in the Meridian in Chinatown, this building has been a tremendous step up. The leasing office is extremely professional and helpful, especially Maureen who leased my apartment to me. I've known her for a couple of years now and she is very helpful and kind. Tray works at the front desk and is incredible! She really helped out when my air conditioner flooded by calling maintenance and making sure they finished all repairs in two days (which is their promise, unlike Meridian which would take over a week sometimes). The amenities are beautiful and the rooms are stunning. I love the layout especially with the curtain, it helps make a under 500 square foot apartment look and feel big! I do appreciate that when issues arise, the management will respond to you via emails and/ or a phone call. I even sent a video of my refrigerator because it was making a buzzing noise and the next day it was replaced which was above and beyond what I expected. The location is ideal because it's two blocks from the metro and circulator (to get to Georgetown or VA). It's in the middle of DuPont which is where I've always wanted to live and love it. Thank you Flats at DuPont!
