REVIEW ON BEHALF OF A DISABLED CLT OF MINE: " MEGA BIG BANK/ BANK OF AMERICA REFUSES TO PROVIDE ASSISTANCE AND REASONABLE ACCOMODATIONS FOR PERSONS WITH SPECIAL NEEDS. UPON THE ADVICE OF THE CONSUMER FINANCIAL PROTECTION BUREAU, I FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THE EEOC. I went to Bank of America at 915 Rhode Island Ave NE, Washington D.C. 20018. I brought in $600 dollars in $100 dollar bills, requested for the bills to be traded in for all $5 dollar bills. I was informed by a representative at the bank that they couldn't accommodate my request due to me not having an account with Bank of America. I requested reasonable accommodation due to me being blind, explained that it's going to be difficult for me to travel to other banks to get my needs met. I contacted the toll free customer service number, their representative expressed to me that the decision of my request is left up to the branch manager, which it was denied. I believe my accommodations should've been met due to disabled people having special needs that other individuals don't experience. I was accommodated by another bank (TD Bank)> I strongly believe that banks are in the community to help everyone, not just account holders and Bank of America should be forced to accommodate people with special needs. Signed, Disgruntled U.S. Citizen "
