- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆This review is about their ATM. 1 stars for ATM and 3 stars for the main building. They have 3 ATMs. They are all extremely slow. Like its running Windows 98. Why do they have 1998 technology at a busy location?! Give about 10 minutes per transaction. If you pressed the wrong button give another 5 minutes. Multiple transaction.. you are screwed. The employees inside recommend you to use the atms but they are just as slow. Come on BOA! its 2017! almost 2018. I just opened a Wells Fargo. Their ATMs are 1000% faster.
