  We are so happy we discovered this company and were able to work with Lizzie Russo! We cannot say enough good things about Lizzie and our experience. We were looking for a place to rent on a tight schedule, and moving down from Boston. Lizzie spent nearly five hours with us on a Sunday, showing us our top five places in DC. She was incredibly honest and helpful discussing the pros and cons of each, telling us about the neighborhood, nearby supermarkets, etc. We even went back to the office and discussed the five apartments in further detail, going over our commutes from each place. Lizzie genuinely cared about making sure we ended up in the best apartment for us, and she went above and beyond to help us get there. After we decided on an apartment, Lizzie took care of all the communication and logistics between us and the landlords and listing agent. She kept in touch every step of the way, answered all of our questions, and went above and beyond once again, even picking up checks from us to deliver to the listing agent. The service provided by this company, and Lizzie in particular, was so much greater than we expected or could have ever imagined. We highly recommend City Chic and Lizzie in particular!!! It is rare to experience customer service at this high level. We are so pleased. And we will definitely be reaching out to Lizzie and City Chic for any future real estate needs!

  Mr. Ronald Edwards went above and beyond to help me navigate the tedious home buying process! From when I sent the first email to after closing on my condo, Ron was very fast to reply and answer any and all questions I presented him with. He communicated very effectively with all parties involved in the process. Through the entire process he was very professional and knowledgeable. His expertise in real estate and sincere dedication led to me finding the perfect condo.
